Every Tuesday evening that school is in session.

PLACE: Rothesay High School (Library) in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Just a short drive from Saint John.

TIME: Tuesdays, 7:-00 pm - 9:05 pm

NOTE: There are no meetings on storm days or school holidays.

Hot Holiday Broccoli Dip

Elizabeth Higgins makes this dip.

Ingredients

1 cup Miracle Whip dressing (light variety)

1 cup 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided

1/2 cup 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained

1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together dressing, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, broccoli and pimientos.

Spread into 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Continue baking 5 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
