Every Tuesday evening that school is in session.

PLACE: Rothesay High School (Library) in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Just a short drive from Saint John.

TIME: Tuesdays, 7:-00 pm - 9:05 pm

NOTE: There are no meetings on storm days or school holidays.

Banana, Oatmeal and Butterscotch Chip Muffins

These muffins are addictive!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup white sugar

2 ripe bananas

1 cup white flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 - 3/4 cup butterscotch chips

Wet Ingredients

1 large egg

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Put oatmeal and sugar in a blender. Blend until the oatmeal is finely chopped. Mix oatmeal/sugar together with other dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the centre.

Put all wet ingredients in the blender. Mix. Pour into dry ingredients. Stir until just blended.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes or until muffin tops are golden brown and the muffins are done inside.
